ABOUT LITTLE DROPS OF HOPE

Little Drops of Hope exists to help bring compassionate care, practical support, and lasting hope within reach for children affected by burns and their families in Ghana.

Through CARE, EDUCATE, and EMPOWER, we are building an initiative focused on family support, burn prevention education, and stronger pediatric burn-care services.

HOW LITTLE DROPS OF HOPE BEGAN

Little Drops of Hope grew from conversations about the challenges children affected by burns and their families face. Nurses working closely with patients helped bring these needs into focus and highlighted the importance of additional support.

Our founding leadership came together around a shared desire to respond to these needs. We are now working to establish the organization’s foundation, develop responsible systems for managing donations and assistance, and build relationships with healthcare professionals, donors, and partners.

Our vision is to contribute to a future where children affected by burns can access compassionate care and families can receive practical support, education, and dignity throughout their journey.

We are at the beginning of this work. Through CARE, EDUCATE, and EMPOWER, Little Drops of Hope aims to grow into a sustainable initiative that supports families, promotes burn prevention, and contributes to stronger pediatric burn-care services in Ghana.
